What counts as a “site”?
One WordPress installation. Pro Solo covers one install plus its subdomains; Pro Agency covers up to 20 installs on a single license.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — start on Free, move to Pro Solo or Agency whenever you need the extra channels, history, or site count. Upgrades are prorated automatically.
How is Pro delivered?
As a license key. Enter it in the plugin to unlock Pro features. No separate third-party account is needed to receive alerts.
Do I need an account for the free version?
No. Install it from wordpress.org and go.
What's your refund policy?

Is the free version limited in time or usage?
No. Free is free forever, and one-tap recovery is never capped — fixing a downed site is not something we meter.
Do I get updates and support?
Every paid plan includes one year of updates and support (email on Pro Solo, priority on Pro Agency). The free version is supported on the wordpress.org forums.
